Who operates Lil Cactus

Lil Cactus is operated by Sergii Bondarenko, an individual. These terms apply to the editor at lilcactus.app. Contact: [email protected].

Your work

You keep ownership of your images, text and other work. Editing runs on your own device; we do not upload your images or claim rights in them. You are responsible for having permission to use the material you open and for how you use the results.

Save important work and keep backups. Browser recovery copies are useful, but are not a permanent backup. Clearing browser storage, device failures or software faults can remove unsaved work.

Using the editor

Use Lil Cactus lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not use the website to distribute unlawful material, attack services, interfere with other users or attempt unauthorised access to systems. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service or comply with the law.

The currently deployed editor is free. It does not accept account registrations or take payments. Any future paid service will show its price and applicable terms before you agree to buy it.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains browser storage, optional statistics and your choices. Refusing optional statistics does not restrict the editor.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change or withdraw parts of the free service. We aim to keep it useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every browser, device or file. Check important exported files before relying on them.

Third-party software

Lil Cactus includes third-party software, fonts and machine-learning models. Their licences, notices and required source downloads are available in the editor under More → Third-party licenses. These terms do not remove rights those licences give you, including applicable rights to modify, replace or inspect covered components.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Subject to those rights, the free service is provided as available. We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen, or for commercial losses arising from use of the free editor. This does not remove responsibilities imposed by applicable law.

Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Mandatory protections and court rights available to consumers in their country of residence still apply.
